Calculating from decimal coordinates to Hours Minutes Seconds:
Take the decimal portion of the coordinate and multiply by 60
for minutes and then take the decimal portion left over and
multiply that by 60 for seconds take any remaining decimal and
round.
e.g. 43.3745 .3745 X 60 = 43 22.470' for minutes
take the .470 X 60=28.2"
resulting in 43 22' 28" after rounding.
Calculating from Hours Minutes Seconds to decimal:
Degrees +Minutes/60 + Seconds/3600
e.g. 43 22' 28.2"
43+(22/60)+(28.2/3600)=43+.3666666+.0078333=43.3744999
